Rental Conditions and Cancellation Policy

RECEPTION AND KEY DELIVERY:
The meeting point and key delivery will be directly at the accommodation.
The client must notify the expected arrival time in advance by calling our contact numbers or sending an email to: reservas@hrcostabrava.com.

The loss of keys carries a charge of 120 euros.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS:
CHECK-IN: From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. By giving 24 hours' notice, late check-in is possible after 8:00 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m., paying a surcharge of 25 euros. After 11:00 pm it will be considered as a NO SHOW for all purposes.

CHECK OUT: From 9:00 am and at the latest by 10:00 am. The client must inform the office of the expected departure time on the day of arrival.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations made on the same day of arrival will not be accepted as valid and the company is not responsible for ONLINE reservations.
Note: For exceptional reasons, the company reserves the right to change accommodation, for the same price and equal or superior characteristics in the event of OVERBOOKING or a problem with the accommodation.

DEPOSIT: The client is obliged to pay a DEPOSIT guarantee deposit upon arrival in cash or by credit card as specified in the reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, except in the case of defects in the apartment, furniture or equipment, rubbish, extremely dirty accommodation or bed linen and towels. The cost of restoring the apartment to the condition it was in upon check-in will be deducted from the deposit amount. If this amount is not sufficient to cover the damage, the agency reserves the right to take all legal action that may apply. PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Upon confirmation of the reservation, you will make the payment corresponding to 15% of the total reservation. The remaining amount equivalent to 85% will be charged on the day of check-in, except in the summer season, from June 22 to August 31, when payment will be made 14 days before check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your reservation free of charge if you notify us more than 30 days in advance of the date of entry to the accommodation. In the event that 15% has been charged, the amount charged will be refunded to the same credit card or bank account. If the client cancels with less than 30 days and more than 14 days notice, he/she will lose the 15% that he/she had paid in advance. If the client cancels with less than 14 days notice, he/she will have to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation. We remind you that you can take out the RESERVATION CANCELLATION insurance with us.
